   Hey - it’s just the flash making my arm look pale :p I actually caught the sun at the Wetlands yesterday! Honest :)
   It does indeed tell the time - hours in the first column (4 in the picture above) and minutes in the next 5 columns, so each full row is 5 minutes past the hour :) (above there are 48, so 4:48)
